Dry Ice Blasting is a cleaning process that uses ice pellets as a media. Dry ice pellets are accelerated at at high speed with compressed air. Upon impact it converts from a solid to a gas. 

This is called sublimation which looks like cluster bombs hitting a surface which blasts away any grease, dirt, grime, or any contaminants from the surface.
